The World Community of Geological Surveys (WCOGS) will aim to hold a minimum of one virtual activity or event per year that will be open to all associate organizations with no registration fee. While in-person events may be held as part of major conferences, WCOGS will aim to make all events virtually accessible to all associates at minimum cost.

The PDAC Convention will be held from 2–5 March 2025 in Toronto, Canada.

As the leading global event for the mineral exploration and mining industry, PDAC attracts up to 30,000 attendees from 135+ countries. Known as the "Super Bowl" of the sector, the convention offers unparalleled networking, educational programming, and business opportunities. Since 1932, PDAC has grown to host over 1,100 exhibitors and 700 presenters, cementing its status as the event of choice for the industry. Registration for the event opens in December 2024.
